Every organisation will have been writing to you about this. And although we are just a small community club, it applies to us as well.
The ECB have provided a suggested Privacy Policy and we will be adopting this suggested model. It will be on our website shortly.
All members of course have the opportunity to opt out of our emails. Our website and email service is not that sophisticated so it's only available to opt out of ALL emails. This would mean that you would receive no communication from the club.
We do try and keep email communication to key areas and not send too many. However if you do wish to opt out, please reply to this email ensuring it includes the name of the member.
