Good afternoon everyone,
On Saturday 16th March we will be holding a Play Cricket Scoring App training course at the club.
The training will be given by the Middlesex Scorers Association.
The session starts at 10.00am will last for around 2 hours. After the session Jason Travers will be on hand to answer any questions regarding scoring at ECC especially if using the electronic scoreboard.
The training is perfect for beginners and also those who already know the basics of scoring using the Play Cricket App. All participants will need to bring their own device (phone or tablet) with the Play Cricket Scorer App downloaded.
ECC would like all junior and senior teams to score electronically using the Play Cricket scoring app this season.
Ideally all junior and senior teams will have at least a couple of parents/players/coaches who are competent enough to be able use the Play Cricket app as it saves a lot of time for the club captains, coaches, and administrators in keeping the ECC and the relevant league websites up to date.
The training is free for members, and once competent with the app there are also opportunities for members to get paid for scoring for a senior team at the weekends.
