Good afternoon everyone
Following the news that the Eastcote CC first team captain, Mr Avi Anand, has stepped down from his role, we would like to put on record our sincere thanks for his service during his tenure as Club Captain.
Avi took on the role at a difficult and challenging time for the club, and during his period of captaincy helped to provide a period of stability and provided a great environment for our crop of talented young players.
His attitude and commitment to the cause could not be faulted as he put his heart and soul into the position.
The Chairman and members of the committee would like to thank Avi for his contribution to our cricket club as first team captain and we hope he will continue to be a valued member of ECC for many years to come.
