Good morning everyone

A dark day today, but hopefully we can brighten for you with our social events this weekend.

Saturday 14th December:  Our first event is a doubles Pool Tournament starting at 7pm, there is a £5 entry fee for each player which entitles you to one free pint of either Kronenborg or Pepsi.  There will be prizes for the winning pair and proceeds going towards covering the cost of the relayed table and new trolley.  If you would like to take part please see Matt when you arrive at the club.

Sunday 15th December:   3pm to 5.30pm.  Our Children's Christmas Party, please note  this event is now sold out.  For anyone attending please also note the change of time to 3pm, we have a visit for the children from Father Christmas now planned for 3.30pm.  For any parent who has not sent me something special about their child/children for Father Christmas to say to them please do so either by email, or WhatsApp or see me as soon as you arrive on Sunday.  We have an afternoon of fun, games, Christmas craft and tree decorating waiting.

Sunday 15th December:   6.30pm Christmas Carols with refreshments.  Join us for an evening singing well known Christmas Carols, and enjoy mince pies, sausage rolls and mulled wine, this is a great way to start the Christmas Season.

Tuesday 17th December:  Meet at Pinner Station at 10.15 for a Walk, Talk, and Connect stroll to Eastcote Cricket Club with Angus Fraser and Mark Ramprakash, once at the club you will be able to partake of some light refreshments and join in a Q&A session with Angus and Ramps, if you are unable to make the walk join us at the club around 11am for the second part of the morning.  For those walking it has been suggested you wear appropriate footwear as the route takes you through footpaths and fields.

Club Christmas Raffle:  Tickets are now on sale at the club for our Christmas Raffle, and we have some brilliant prizes - £300 John Lewis Gift Card;  £75 Miller & Carter Gift Card; and a lovely Hamper, tickets are only a £1 each, why not come and buy several to give yourselves a good chance of winning, all proceeds are for the club.

Finally there will be a box in the club foyer for new donated Christmas toys and gifts for the less fortunate children in this area, the box will be there for the next week to 10 days please be generous and lets see if we can fill it.

I have just remembered I should also let you know that our New Years Eve Party is now Sold Out, if any tickets bounce back I will let you know.  To everyone who has put their name down to come please make sure you pay by this Sunday 15th December, any tickets, £10 each, not paid for will be put back on sale, we do not have any more children places available..
