Good evening everyone
The cricket season has now officially finished, unfortunately the last two games of the season were cancelled because of the weather. However our winter social season starts, lots going on and something for everyone
Here are our events so far for the next few months, please let us know the events you would like to attend either by email or by signing up on the sheets at the club. Further details will follow at the beginning of each month on that month's event. Lets make our winter season as successful as our summer one.
SEPTEMBER
Friday 19th - Junior Awards Evening for our U14's and U15 boys 7pm - there will be food available once the awards have been made, please let Charlie know if you will be attending
Saturday 20th - MacMillan Coffee Morning, 10 to 12pm, please come and support this much needed organisation, donate a cake if you can, all proceeds go to MacMillan, last year we donated over £500 let's see if we can beat that this year
Saturday 20th - Junior Girls Awards Evening 7pm - food will be available after the awards
Saturday 27th - We end a successful season for our senior players with The Players Awards & Celebration Evening 7pm food and entertainment
OCTOBER
Saturday 4th - U10's to U13's Juniors Awards Evening 7pm with food available after the awards
Tuesday 7th - Defibrillator training, following on from our first training session we have another two and a half hour training session, a very informative evening on the use of our defibrillator. There are 20 spaces available please email if you would like to attend.
Saturday 11th - The first of our winter season quizzes, 7 for a 7.30pm start 8 tables of maximum 8 guests £9 per person which includes a Ploughman's supper and prizes, please add your team to the sheet in the club foyer
Saturday 18th - Club hire for a retirement party
Saturday 25th - Children's Halloween Party 4pm to 6pm £8 party food and prizes, please either email or add your child's name to the sheet in the foyer
Saturday 31st - Now it's time for the adults to dress up for Halloween (this is optional) and join us for a party, there is no charge, for a donation you will be able to make your own hotdogs, a fun night
NOVEMBER
Saturday 15th - Have you wanted to learn how to paint, or do you just want to improve your painting abilities then come to our Paint & Prosecco Evening £20 per person which includes all materials and a glass of prosecco. Al abilities welcomed, we have maximum of 15
Saturday 29th: Christmas wreath, table decoration making evening
DECEMBER
Sunday 14th: Children's Christmas Party £10 per child, 3pm to 5pm
Saturday 20th: Children's Christmas Craft Morning 10am to 12pm £5
