Good evening everyone
The week has passed me by, I meant to send this email a couple of days ago, but here it is now.
Firstly congratulations to Devina Gohil and Shreya Rachakonda of our girls squad for receiving their Middlesex County Caps on Sunday 19th April, well done girls, congratulations and good luck also to Samuel Holloway on being selected to run in the TCS Mini London Marathon on Saturday 25th April.
Here are a couple of the forthcoming events at the club
Saturday 25th April: The Mayor of Hilllingdon's Charity Cricket Match in support of SEND and The Stroke Association - 12pm start, our 1st and 3rd teams are playing Ickenham, come down and support the teams, buy a raffle ticket or two, and enjoy a drink on what is scheduled to be a lovely day.
Monday 4th May: Bank Holiday Monday, and we have a great day planned, the day starts with a T20 match against Kenton at 1pm, after the game we are having a Caribbean Cook-out, the men are cooking, and there will be music and rum punch, the weather looks good, all we need is you, there will also be two junior matches in the evening starting at 5.30.
I am hoping we have some ladies at the club interested in playing Softball cricket, no experience is necessary, come and have some fun, we only have a 4 fixtures all on a Sunday afternoon, if you are interested or would like some more information please contact Bobby on bobbybehzadi@yahoo.com
We are at the start of our summer of cricket with the Friday Night Junior Development coaching starting tomorrow 24th April, our squad training nights have already started, and the senior season started last weekend.
