Good morning everyone
This email is a brief update on our Junior section, full reports will be coming in the AGM Report.
Congratulations to our U10 & U17's who both won their respective Cup Semi-Finals on Monday 3rd August, the U10's now play in the Gubby Allen final at Teddington on Sunday 9th August at 2.30pm the U17's are now through to the final of the Chairman's Cup further details on this will follow.
Here is the update on our Junior boys in their respective Leagues
U10A League winners; and Gubby Allen finalists; U10B league winners; U10C 3rd place; U11A 2nd place, but also County cup semi-finalists, and players in the Semi-final league play-offs. U11B League winners Middlesex Division 3, a few words from their manager: this was their first season as a group, the boys played fantastic all year, improved a great deal as the season went on. A great group of friendly, helpful, parents. Coaches Ian Gurney, Rishi Patel and Mark Curtin would like to thank everyone who made this a fantastic season. U12A 5th place; U12B 8th place; U13A 2nd place; U13B 2nd place; U14A League winners; U15A 4th place; U15B 3rd place; U17 Group C League winners and Chairman's Cup finalists: U19 to be decided
The following is the update for our Junior Girls in their respective leagues
U11's Regional Champions and Cup finalists, the Cup match will take place on Sunday 23rd August. A few words on the U11's: Throughout this year many girls have contributed to the well established group. Well done to the coaches Rob and Mits that have supported them along the way and of course the parents that have chauffeured them around all season. The future looks bright for Eastcote girls/women. U12's 2nd place; U13's 2nd place; U15's League winners, with a Cup semi-final still to play; Ladies: 4th place, comfortably middle in the table with a game in hand.
Our Junior sides have all played well and to the best of their ability this season with great results, and have been a credit to Eastcote Cricket Club.
