Our existing bar management team have indicated they do not wish to continue in this role for the long term. We are therefore looking for a part-time paid bar manager. This will involve organising the bar rota, weekly ordering and management of bar stocks, assigning and managing the work rosters for the bar helpers and approving worked hours.
This can be a management only role or include working behind the bar. It is therefore anticipated to be between 5 and 20 hours per week and will involve more time during the cricket season than the winter.
There will also be the opportunity to arrange additional events which will increase bar turnover and a profit bonus would be paid on this.
