Match report In a bad tempered affair, Mesam Chohan bowled superbly on a awful shenley deck. All the bowlers bowled admirably however with 23-5 of 13 overs Mesam didn't really bowl a bad ball all afternoon. An utterly superb spell of bowling. Our catching was also superb. Stoney, Fraisy, Budge and Roany all held on to chances whilst Chris Wilkins took 2 slip catches, one of which was a corker.

Batting was an interesting affair. Extras was second top scorer. One of the worst 47* you'l ever wish to see was made by Ben Frais, but made it was. Raj gave stern support but the real hero was Andy Roan coming in at 11 and batting with more composure and class than most before him. The last pair of Roany and Fraisy managed to post a agonizing 23 to clinch a game that seemed to be ebbing away from Eastcote after Mesam got triggered. An unpleasent game of cricket but 10 points all the same.
