On this sunny evening, Eastcote got off to a good start in the first few overs, however a rapid loss of wickets put Eastcote on the back foot, but Ethan (53) and Sam (37) steadied the innings with some fine batting to give us our best batting performance of the season so far.

Bessborough needed 161 to win; not helped when their opening batsman was out in the 1st over, cleaned bowled by Jonathan Napier. Good fielding and tight bowling early on by Eastcote ensured that Bessborough were well behind the run rate, with two more wickets falling and a run out, didn't help their cause, finishing bravely on 96.
