Match report This was an under 14 Hillingdon Alliance match on another fabulous sunny evening against a 9 man Uxbridge team. Shivam won the toss and decided to bat.

Akshay, returning from injury, opened the batting. He played a superbly paced innings, retiring on 53 from 42 balls. He was well supported by Sanka, Imaad and Aryan. Tom came in and played another sparkling innings, retiring on 50 from just 15 balls. Harrison and Shivam took the score on to an impressive 192 for 3 off their 20 overs. Credit must go to Uxbridge, who kept going despite being 2 fielders down, driven on by their excellent captain Taranvir.

Eastcote opened with Thomas bowling down the hill and Divyam's left-arm spin up the hill. Both bowled excellently, and after 8 overs, Uxbridge were facing a heavy defeat on 31 for 5. Sandeep came in with other ideas, and played the innings of his life, first retiring on 50, then coming back in to take his total score to 60 off 54 balls. His efforts helped Uxbridge to a respectable 107 for 7 off their 20 overs. Eastcote were able to give their less regular bowlers 4 overs each. Thomas ended with 3 for 17, including a superb catch from Kishan. Divyam took 1 for 11, and Daniel 2 for 21.
