Eastcote CC Won by 343 runs with 3 overs to spare

Match report A rollicking unbeaten first wicket stand by our new overseas Rashard Fuller in only his second Eastcote game and our groundsman Tom Hudson saw ECC at 361 for no loss off 23 overs at drinks. Rashard retired on 217 not out (82 balls) then and Tom fell soon after for 165 (75 balls).

Shaariq 24 at nbr 4 and Arav Oodit 31 at nbr 7 kept things going but Sam Hazrvey used his opportunity batting at nbr 6 to hit a superb controlled unbeaten 87 off 50 balls.

ECC ended up with 568 for 5 off their allotted 45 overs.

Arvind 3-0-13-2 with the new ball and Charlie Hobday 5-3-9-2 with a superb brisk spell of line and length bowling at first change reduced Pinner to 52 for 5, with Joe Wilcox (6-0-25-1 chipping in with his maiden wicket for ECC as first change after Joe Daver opened with 4-0-23-0 . Then Pinner fought admirably to 225 all out off 42 overs Shaariq Sheikh 6-0-38-2, Sam Harvey 7-0-40-1 and Jafer Chohan 5-0-25-1 amongst the wickets.

A 343 run victory for Eastcote to keep the Sunday unbeaten run going.

Game 3 saw Pinner demolished as we piled up 568/5 in 45 overs after an unbeaten opening stand of 361 between Hudson (165) & Fuller (217 no), followed by a batting order shuffle to ease the pain; resulting in Sam Harvey hitting an unbeaten 87 and u-14 Arav Oodit 31. Charlie Hobday, Shaariq Sheikh & yours truly took 2 wickets apiece and 9 bowlers had a go, as Pinner battled gamely to 225 and played 42 overs.
