The notice is now on the notice board at the club for the nominations of committee members, officers, captains and vice captains.
Apart from the president which is elected every 3 years, all other positions are for a 12 month period from the AGM and are open to all club members.
If you wish to stand for any post, please add your name together with a proposer and seconder. All 3 persons must be fully paid up adult members of the club. If you are considering standing for any position, you may find it beneficial to speak to an existing committee member to understand what is fully involved.
Captains and vice captains must be nominated by paid up playing members.
Some posts do require a DBS check to be undertaken. This would be arranged by the club and there is no cost.
A reminder that all existing holders of posts must add their details to the nominations sheet if they wish to stand again.
Elections will take place at the AGM on Tuesday 12th December at 7.30pm
All nominations must be added to the notice by 7.30pm on Tuesday 5th December.
