Match report Didn't have enough even on a dodgy two-paced uneven track. Opened poorly and only Jazib and Zac Waterman did some damage. Then starved off strike a well set Jazib got run out going for two and whilst Zac kept it going we folded for 94 for 7 (off 20). Only Zac Waterman 37 and Jazib Naeem 24 reached double figures.

We fought it out in the field with 4 senior cricketers (Chris Ede helped with nice fielding suggestions, Will Bramble kept us going as only he can, Jazib tried to motivate in the midst of dropped catches and AJ did what he could with bowling changes and field). Jazib 4-0-22-0 and Arvind 4-0-17-2 kept it tight with 4 new ball overs including 6 powerplay with just 2 outside the ring). 4 early missed chances cost us in these new ball overs. We also missed another 2 chances alter on. Then Deepak got their well set batter and top scorer well caught by Zac Waterman standing up (and the snick was heard in the Eastcote bar)..not out...hurt us with a low score. Deepak 3.4-0-30-1 and Neil Magdani 3-0-28-2 tried manfully and our ground fielding was good ....but catches win matches. Zac Waterman had a brilliant display behind the stumps grabbing everything and standing up to medium pace too.

The positive was we made them sweat to get to 94 ..they were 39/2 after 8 overs and 52/3 after 10.
