Colts starts again at the club this Friday for a 6 week period. It will therefore be very busy at the club this week and we would ask anyone coming to the club to follow some simple guidelines please. With a large number of cars and people about, the safety of the children is our highest concern, so do please take a couple of minutes to read this. Because of the Covid regulations the start times have been staggered between 5.45 and 6.30 (see email from our head of colts on 22/7 if you are uncertain for your child)
- There will be lots of cars arriving between 5.30 and 6.30, so it will be difficult to leave during this period. If you do not wish to stay, if your child is old enough it is best to drop them opposite Aren’s pub and allow them to safely walk across the field.
- During this period please treat the area around the club as a one way system – entering the ground from Joel Street/Aren’s bar end and exiting along Eastcote High Road/Case is Altered end. You may think this will add a couple of minutes to your journey, but it won’t because there will be traffic congestion if you don’t
- Please respect our neighbours living in Southill Road. Be respectful and do not park anywhere in the road that will cause problems.
- The field past the two main car parks is open for parking.
- We will manage the children once the session starts, but please set a good example with your own social distancing
- Masks are not required inside or outside, but please feel free to wear them if you prefer
- We have a one way system in the club. Men’s and Women’s toilets are accessed by the main door. The bar is accessed from the middle door and the far door is for exit only.
- The bar will be fully operational, but with the large numbers please expect some delays. The bar remains CARD ONLY.
- There will be no tuck shop or barbecue, but we will have an outside area for the children selling soft drinks and snacks. Because this is mainly for the children it will be CASH ONLY for this area
- Everything is different this year. We have tried to cover all areas but there will probably be some teething problems. Please be patient. We are just pleased that we are able to start our coaching for the children again. Enjoy.
